🍺 Brauhaus Liechtenstein Taproom (Liechtensteiner Brauhaus)

The principality's craft brewery pours unfiltered Landbier, Weizen and seasonal Bock brewed a short bus ride north in Schaan. Half-litre CHF 6.50-8; brewery visits by arrangement, taproom evenings Thu-Sat.

Vaduz's long-standing fine-dining address, historically Michelin-starred, serving Rhine Valley char, Alpine lamb and a deep Liechtenstein and Austrian wine list. Evening menus from CHF 90; reservations essential.

The ground-floor Stübli serves the same kitchen at roughly half the price without a jacket requirement.

Liechtenstein's flagship meat producer; the factory shop sells Landjäger, Bündnerfleisch-style air-dried beef and Kalbsbratwurst grilled to order at lunchtime for CHF 6-9 — the closest thing here to street food.

The west-facing terrace loses the sun about an hour before the valley floor does — arrive by 17:30 in summer.
