Tierra del Fuego's original craft brewery, brewing since 2005 with glacier-fed water. The tasting flight covers Fuegian Ale, Stout Imperial and a peaty scotch ale; pair with picada boards of Fuegian smoked lamb and sheep's cheese.

The 1886 Bridges family estancia 85km east on Ruta 3, where the tea house serves Fuegian lamb stew, home-baked scones and rhubarb tart overlooking the Beagle Channel. Open mid-October to mid-April, roughly 10:00–19:00.
Glass-fronted asador on San Martín where whole lambs are splayed on iron crosses over embers in the window. Cordero fueguino is served by the quarter with chimichurri, roast potatoes and Fuegian red wine from Río Negro.
