Tirana for Budget Travel Lovers — 3 Days of Free Concrete, Rooftop Views and 100-Lekë Byrek

Climb a dictator's pyramid for nothing, eat qofte for 400 lekë, and ride a cable car up a 1,600 m mountain for less than a Western sandwich.

📍 Tirana, Albania 📅 3-day itinerary

Tirana is Europe's cheapest capital and makes no secret of it: the Pyramid is free to climb, the Grand Park is open to all, and a plate of qofte with bread rarely passes 500 lekë. Three days here cost less than one in Rome.
