An hour north on the B1, two roadside markets hold Namibia's largest woodcarving concentration — makalani-nut carvings, kudu-horn work and ebony hippos. Bargaining is expected and standard: openers often drop 40 percent.
A women's collective on the Goreangab Dam shore where deaf and disabled artisans do hand embroidery, recycled-glass beadwork and batik. Signature Penduka tablecloths run N$400-1,200. Workshop open daily 08:00-17:00 with a lakeside café.

Namibia's largest mall, opened 2014 in Kleine Kuppe with roughly 150 stores across Chasers Road and Frankie Fredericks Drive. South African chains plus local labels, open daily until 19:00 and 20:00 on Fridays.

The brewery outlet in Northern Industrial sells Windhoek Lager merchandise, glassware and Tafel branded kit at factory prices, alongside crates for the road. Weekday trading only, closing at 16:30.
